A low mana cost Lifegain deck. Fairly low budget too I think.
Get Ajani's Pridemate down as soon as possible equip Mask of Avacyn so they can't be bounced back to your hand or something like that. All the other life gain stuff should multiply the counters on it rapidly and if you add lifelink to it as well... Chalice of Life should also be able to help reduce their life quickly.
