Maelstrom Nexus is awesome and one of the cheapest mythic rares out there. Cascading stacks, so each triggers seperately. Have fun playing your deck for free. I know i have! Lands are based off what i own, trust me, if i owned 4 reflecting pools, they'd be in there. Basic lands are there for path to exile and just cause.

Interesting ! it looks like a lot of fun ... curious to know if you have play tested it yet ? also looks very dependent on drawing Maelstrom Nexus

Maelstrom Nexus is there to really optimize the Cascade effect. Most of the deck is Cascade, ardent plea cascade's into terminate or reborn hope, Bloodbraid Elf cascades into Ardent Plea, Blightning, Terminate, or Reborn hope. Bituminous Blast and deny reality cascade into most of the deck. Dragon arch drops Progenitus for 2 colorless mana and after you've cascaded into Urza's filter, Nicol Bolas is pretty easy to drop. I've play tested this a few times and usually in multiplayer matches. In multiplayer i've won 3/4 and in one on one i've won 1/3. The one-on-one game i won the first game, but after they saw how it worked they planned accordingly, but in multiplayer it's harder to shut down because other people bring different threats.
