i would put in more arsonists, less fireslingers, goblin grenade instead of shock for 5 damage. also chimeric mass is a better spell then panic spellbomb for this deck. you want to try to get out as many things as possible as quick as possible. look at the deck like a burn deck and you might get some more wins.

i know fuel for the cause is expensive to cast but it does have a proliferate trigger
Frost Breathe taps 2 target creatures for Blue and Two colorless. They dont untap during their next untap step. at instant speed. that may be good instead of sleep.

if you are going to do this, you should probably have all batterskulls and not the swords. also you should run a little bit more draw. see beyond for example. jace is nice, but without gideon to protect him is is a big target.

i agree with the first guy...ajani's mantra needs to get out of here. its taking up spots that could be filled by ANYTHING else. honestly 1 life per turn is not worth 2 mana. also you are really mana starved, i dont think white sun's zenith has any worth in the deck. i would probably put in some more control. maybe path to exile or go for the throat depending on whether you want to go black or white.
BLOODGHAST! its one of the best vampires ever. Bloodchief Ascension, lose the diabolic tutors, and make sure you have 4 blade of the blood chiefs. also you might do better from cabal coffers instead of crypt of agadeem. good luck :)

drop the rhys for something else. there is much better out there
