Maybe you could sneak it into a storm shell with cabal ritual and dark petion>alternatively, just play esper control around what you've got.
Storm shell? I forgot about cabal ritual, was thinking about adding control instead of whats in sideboard. Thoughtsieze, inquisition, dash hopes etc ...
I'd caution against dash hopes but otherwise very much yes. And you have blue on the magisterial so 1 cmc counters too
