Just getting around to porting over my decks from TappedOut.Ghave decks come in many forms, but this one is mine. It's a combination of strategies and the deck never plays the same way twice. This is easily one of my favorite decks to pilot.
So... make tokens. That's always step 1. But from there the deck can go in several directions. It can go super-wide and play like a swarm deck. It can pump creatures with +1/+1 counters until they are beefy beaters. It can put people on the 'drain train' with Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat ( go ahead, board wipe. I dare you!). Or it can find a sac outlet and attrition people out of the game. There are many fun combos, and combos within those combos, but this is perhaps my favorite one:Ghave + either Altar + Mazirek = infinite +1/+1 counters on all your critters. (Pay 1 to remove a counter from Ghave and make a Saproling, sacrifice said Saproling for mana to an Altar, Mazirek triggers, use the mana to remove the counter placed on Ghave to make another Saproling, rinse and repeat. And, since you can do it at instant speed, you can use it as a combat trick!)
