===============================================Any advice, especially on win strategies, is appreciated!!! :D===============================================I wanted an extremely control-heavy blue deck where I could prevent my opponent from doing anything productive while I set up my strategies at my own pace. I think I succeeded since every time I use this deck against my brother, he wines like a child :PI kept the cost down because I myself am poor :P The most expensive card in here is Solemn Simulacrum and Aetherling. If Simulcrum's too expensive just replace him with 2 Armillary Spheres. Simulacrum's just better because you can use your return abilities to tutor for as many lands as you need. The Aetherlings speed up the games, as do the Tidewalkers, but I've played this deck without either of them and won 90% of the time (albeit very slowly).
Use your many 'when [card name] enters the battlefield...' abilities to control the pace of the game and scry for anything your heart desires! Don't forget you can return your own creatures and permanents so you can drop them again!1. send any threats to your opponent's hand/ graveyard.2. build up your mana using Solemn Simulacrums, Armillary Spheres, and Scry and Draw.3. Drop a Tidewalker when you have a bunch of lands and watch your opponent squirm :)4. Return your Tidewalkers to your hand and replay them if they get too small. In case of emergency, drop your Kederekt Leviathan :DAnd don't forget to buyback your Capsize! Late game when mana is plentiful, it's always fun to take a few unnecessary turns just to return every single land card your opponent has ;)
