The Gempalm Polluters are pretty much only in there for cycling and as a burn. You might end up wanting to use Death Pit Offering if you draw it (or through Diabolic Tutor) to kill your Tattered Mummies/Plague Belchers to do some damage. The Infectious Hosts could potentially contribute to this as well.
