This decks main strength comes from using math. How you may ask? Krenko, and Descent into Madness! Krenko's ability is a multiplicative one, in that it DOUBLES your goblins, while Descent into Madness is additive, in that you add one counter on your turn. So by doubling your goblins you can actually out run Descent into Madness, while your opponent struggles on what he will have to start exiling!
To garuntee the win you need to take care of a few key cards that can shut you down. First of which is terminus. This card is the bane of this deck as you cannot counter it with Golgari Charm, so if present, this is one of the first cards that needs to be taken out with Slaughter Games. Second, any cards that can shut down Descent into Madness, this includes cards such as Detention Sphere, Oblivion Ring, or Sundering Growth. Third, you need to take out counterspells, while these have not been prevalent much in standard they still pose a very real threat for the fact they can completely stop a Descent into Madness from even hitting the field! Additionally since you are not a true aggro deck you will need to try and control your oppennent if it turns out they are aggro. This includes cards like Dreadbore for Hellkites, and Mizzium Mortars and Cyclonic Rift for board wipes. Additionally, you can drop in Olivia for some extra damage if you feel the need, since you will be outrunning Descent into Madness with Krenko anyways, you can feel free to pluck at the remaining goblins to start tallying up the +1/+1 counters. Lastly keep in mind that if somehow you are unable to exile anything, or feel you are getting to deep, you can exile Descent into Madness to stop all together.
