Now this is a deck even a monkey can run! haha very very nicely done.. well not really.. but it would be fun to just throw that in someones face and be like HA! Eat swamp!

So i made a few minor changes to the deck. It is designed now so that if you get into trouble you can just keep cycling jester's cap and then also get more cards with jester's scepter. I feel that the deck runs better with the 23 mana now. It also has 4 artifact lands that can be sacked to the ravager so that you get even more counters. This deck is getting to be very fast, and powerful. Anything you guys can do to make it even better would be much appreciated.
haha yeah they are expensive lil buggers! but you do have to admit they would be fun in this one haha
with as much mana as you have avaliable with the vesuvs and post combo you could play a couple dark steel cols if the little heart desired it haha. of course pretty much everything is as good as the darksteel with the darksteel forge and skele shard
Ah yeah thats right. This deck is proving to be more and more usefull haha
the darksteel forge is legal in extended play as of feb 20th. I like this take on the Arcbound. The only reason i was thinking of adding in the forests was because if i didnt need a huge amount of land like say.. 3? its kinda hard to do with clouds and vesuvs but the urzas take care of that one for me haha. Man this is a wicked deck if it ran right.. lol. The arc bound creatures are just plain mean. They would get so big so freaking fast with the Arcbound overseer out. And then.. you just pump something else when that one dies... and.. wow.. lol. I think an arcbound deck would be fun >=)
So yeah. You cannot alter the target of volcanic hellion. The hellion deals damage to a target creature and to you. you cant redirect the damage to you using reroute, and if you reroute the damage to a target creature it has to be another creater otherwise the spell will fizzle and do nothing.

So i was looking into it even more. and i had a couple of people tell me that the reroute wouldnt work because the spell would be moved to an illegal target. Im not sure if this is true. but if it is or even if it isnt you could have more fun by putting in a couple stuffy dolls, some pariahs (to take care of the damage to you. equip to the stuffy :D) and then have the volcanic hellion target the stuffy and then the stuffy would do double the overkill damage cause you wouldnt take any!
The only thing i can see wrong is your first combo. The volcano hellion deals damage to a target creature AND to you! so you could use reroute to reroute the damage from you to the player and still do infinite damage to a creature on the board also. Or you could use another reroute and just direct all the damage at him.. so like what double overkill? hah but the other combos are INSANE this is an amazing deck! good job!

Why would you blink the Akroma? Sure it would basically give it vigilance for what.. three turns maybe 6 if you buyback but what if they are sporting counter spells. Your screwed then. cause your Akroma loses that vigilance. Stick in Akroma Angel of Wrath and stick with the regular vigilance its more reliable that way. Plus you get haste that way.
