A Standard-format Dimir deck which centers around milling the opponent.
The most important trick is putting out unblockable creatures with your ciphers encoded onto them - chiefly Last Thoughts and Paranoid Delusions. If you don't get a Deathcult Rogue, you can place Way of the Thief onto any creature (though Crosstown Courier is ideal) to make it work.Once you get your milling going, you'll be powering up your Consuming Aberration and Wight of Precinct Six. If the milling doesn't kill them while your unblockables slowly bleed their HP away, these two heavy hitters can seal the deal for you.A fun trick that I included is Dying Wish. Not only is it an amazing way to protect your Consuming Aberration from being destroyed, but you can use Rapid Hybridization on a Consuming Aberration with Dying Wish to essentially finish the game - depending on how much milling you have done, of course. If you don't intend to use that trick, you can at least use more Deathcult Rogues and Mark of the Vampire.
