IM not sure but the -1/-1 counter is still on the persist creature so it dosnt come back more than 1 time cause actually there a -1/-1 and a +1/+1 its not removed but the power stay the same cause of the +1/+1 counter

Too much useless creatures and btw shroud doesnt work vs non target like vs wrath of god put some Gideon Jura ull see they work well in ur deck :) but nice deck love the idea
