An EDH Deck Based around Arcanis the omnipotent and the crazy draw potential he brings to the game.
This deck is all about using your draw potential and utility cards to eventually control the flow of the game, Mostly through Immobilizing Ink, Arcanis, and Archmage Ascension, With enough draw power to sift through your deck quickly and other control combos to leave your opponents unable to stop you as you set up these conditions. Arcanis And Immobilizing ink alone can win you the game.Venser's Journal, Library of Leng, And Reliquary Tower all give you an infinate hand size to keep all your cards for future combos.Stormtide Leviathan Can stop many enemies from beating you down by stopping most attacks on the battlefield.Elixir of Immortality and Kozilek give you way to return your graveyard to your deck to continue drawing from it.Platinum angel keeps you from decking yourself in the off chance you can't put cards back into your deck and haven't won yet.Blue Sun's Zenith is the most diplomatic card in your deck. You can either use it's massive draw on your self, or give it to someone to convince them to play nice for a bit.(be careful of backstabbers if you give the draw to someone though)Jin-Gitaxias will give you all the cards you need and then some, and gimp your enemies heavily. Metamorph, Clone, Rite of replication can all be used to grab creatures your opponents control that would be very useful to you.Venser's Journal give you unimaginable life gain just for doing what you were already going to do, Draw cards. Some CombosThere are many others, these are just a few I enjoy.Keiga, The Tide Star + Rite of Replication = Either a quick 2 creature mind control or if kicked a massive 6 creatures you steal away from others on the battlefield. And they don't have a true way of getting these back outside of another mind control effect.Time Stop + Echo Mage + A counter spell = A small but favorable way to keep timestop from exiling itself by casting it, copying it, then countering the original so it stays in the game, while the effect still goes off.Arcanis + Immobilizing ink + Psycosis Crawler = A very quick and easy win when you can draw for about 18 cards each turn.Arcanis + Archmage Ascension + Elixir of immortality + time warp = Whatever you want. Quite literally the best combo in the deck as it can give you infinite turns easily. Just play time warp, use elixir, then draw with arcanis using archmage to search for the two cards neded for the combo and a third for a possible win condition, then set up the win at your leisure(Warning: Pulling off this combo may cause you to be targeted first in future games regardless of how weak you are in comparison to your opponents. Many people will not enjoy you taking many turns in a row to force a win that they can do little about.)

Like the deck.. Love Mono Blue! Isochron Scepter + Mystical Tutor is another way you could fetch your Time Warps easier should Archmage Ascension is not online yet. Or you should fetch up any other instant or sorcery you may need. Actually, Beacon of Tomorrows might be another temporal spell you might consider if infinite turns is something you enjoy. Another way to turn on infinite draws with Arcanis is Mind Over Matter. Heck, toss in Laboratory Maniac and you have another win-con if Psychosis Crawler hasn't shown up for the party yet.
