what about Khalni heart expedition? its cheap its fast and if you have more than one of them on the battlefield, its brutal, dropping 4 or 5 lands on one turn, and rescue from the underworld could do wonders with this deck :)

groundswell, nuff said
also kalastria highborn
Groundswell and primal bellow would fit in just perfectly
i say find out which cards don't fit in with your desired strategy, and then take them out and put in more of the cards that do (for example, putting in more mind sculpts and phantasms, and putting needleback spider in the sideboard) And maybe fling would be a nice addition.
S***!! my bad, i was mislead by the little icon :)
Nocturnus is a little out of place if you only have 4 or 5 vampires, i think you can focus on making the deck a little more tribal, like all zombie, or all vampire or even zombies and vampires, that way you can put in more of each specific card, and put in both nocturnus and death baron
I'm actually a huge fan of blue and red, i'm not an expert but i think maybe a couple of things might help you, given that you have a little over 60 cards, the chances of drawing cards that make your deck flow more (like goblin electromancer) are quite slim if you only have one of them, i suggest taking out goblin tunneler and goblin piker and putting in another electromancer if you want to change up the goblins like you said, and maybe a planeswalker. Hope this helps, if you want to give me any suggestions for my deck you are welcome to
Maybe warclamp mastiff would be a nice addition
Blustersquall would be perfect for this deck
Wow, thanks i can't beleive i didnt think of that
its a very nice deck, but it will probably be painfully slow to finish your opponent, maybe you could put in something like sphinx bone wand next to inexorable tide, hope this helps
I agree with yahtzeenazi, but if you have flashback in your deck, burning vengeance from innistrad is a great addition http://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=243211
