If I were you I would add some of the Skaabs, you know, ruinator, headless, relentless, etc. also add geralf's mindcrusher. And since some of those make you mill I would add just one Laboratory Maniac, but don't make it your win condition. Also some endless ranks of the dead, army of the damned, havengul runebinder

Looks pretty good. I would think about taking the rooftop storms out, your highest drop is grimgrin and he is less than rooftop and you don't have enough grave pullback to use it in that way either. Not sure what you are looking for but I changed mine to pretty much straight aggro and it's done pretty well. Just some thoughts. Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=289678
-3 Grimgrin, Corpse-Born (what would you do with 4 Grimgrin, Corpse-Born? you'll win with one) -2 Rooftop Storm (what would you do with 3 Rooftop Storm? rooftopstorm is a 6-CMC enchantment your not supposed to draw 2 or 3 in a game. you'll lose) -1Skinrender (it's just a feeling) +1 Mikaeus, the Unhallowed +1 Havengul Lich +1 Zombie Apocalypse +1 Gravdigger (it what makes a zombie deck, a zombie deck ~traditionally) +1 Black Cat +1 Diregraf Ghoul there; a more consistent aggro with a late game potential zombie deck
spells: -1 Moan of the Unhallowed 4cmc with BB should be 2 maxed +1 Call to the Grave
how about BURNING ZOMBIES http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=297372
thanks for the ideas
Grimgrin is legendary, so running any more than two of him is risky because they will simply be a dead draw. Call to the Grave can be very powerful, but that is a late-game strategy. Geralf's Messenger has potential, but it does cost 3 black. Don't add Havengul Lich as suggested above though, it won't help your deck at all. My friend really loves Unbreathing Horde for damage prevention and Highbourn Ghoul for its intimidate, but those card choices really depend on the meta you play in. I'd love any feedback you have for my Lich deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=297491
