Well, it looks good, but I would cut 4 Plains for 2 Sunpetal Grove and 2 Glacial Fortress, since you need more green and blue mana than you'll need white. Also, Cancel is not a strong card, I'd replace all 3 with 1 Mana Leak and either 2 Negate or 1 Negate and 2 Stoic Rebuttal.

Oh, sorry, I mean 1 Negate and 1 Stoic.

Pretty good, if you could find space put in preordain also baby jace, and of course, papa jace if it's in your budget also, I like hada freeblade as a 1 drop, and a sideboard tip: spell pierce is great against DOJ. Trust me as an ally player, DOJ messes you up in standard.

urs is good for pumping up... might want to consider fuel for the cause so you can counter then add +1+1 counters on all ur guys. I made an ally deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=92143) but it has 2 win conditions, and damage isn't one of them. It actually wins by mill and lifegain, same colors and it is fast as hell, much faster than it looks. Harabaz druid is freaking beast
