Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (19 cards)

Creatures (4)

Sorceries (7)

Artifacts (2)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Control their hand with the discard and then control the board with the wipes, and late game comes and well... yeah. Constructive Criticism please!

Took @DoctorDealt's advice on putting in guttersnipes. The extra damage along with the discard makes people uneasy.

Deck discussion for Let's play a game.

I don't like Rakdos Charm in the SB, it's not too useful. Idk what to replace it with though.

Rakdos Charm is great against creature heavy and graveyard based decks. Personally, I'd keep it in the SB.

Mono Blue Aggro, I just flat out hate playing it, that's why the charm is there. Also to deal with God's weapons and the newly brought-back Springleaf Drum.

I like the concept. I'm not sure if Immortal Servitude is a good fit, though, given that most of your creatures (Vermin excluded) are relatively pricey to cast. Maybe Academy Raider to deal make use of extra lands. Maybe Blood Scrivener for card draw, especially useful for when Sire of Insanity is in play. Firedrinker Satyr might be good for early play, especially to keep them off balance. Guttersnipe plays well into all the spells you have. Rakdos Cackler is a low-cost potential 2/2 - he'd go well with Servitude. Young Pyromancer would be a good choice also - make token chumps alongside your removal/control.

Lots of options, lol.

I would put the pack rat x4 at main deck. It is extremely powerful (as the mono-black winning streak at pr tours has shown us) and it can be a good way to dispose of unwanted cads in your hands.
You can also put duress in the side deck against control decks.
Also, lifebane zombie (side) works wonders against white and green decks.

Sideboard against control, I don't need them mainboard.

Gray Merchant or Fanatic would be fun, do some burn damage, and use whip to bring it back and burn again! I love any discard, so I love this deck!

If you have some spare time, check out my new modern mono-black deck (with discard!) http://www.mtgvault.com/planbfan/decks/deny-deny-deny/

Not much devotion here, though, since permanents are used sparingly in this deck

Great against a deck with scarce amounts of creatures.
