I, honestly, usually only run a 23 land base on a deck like this.... I have a B/U/G and I found 24 land to be good, but 23 to be just right for when I need it ect. I would take out one forest and see how the deck plays.

Drown in Sorrow? You have no creatures it's a pseudo-board wipe for aggro and lets you setup with Scry. Possibly Aetherling as a one of, and may I suggest against control Fate Unraveler, it's very good, especially because your deck will make for semi-long games and you don't want draw based decks to win because of card superiority. FATE UNRAVELER.
Love the deck man, but I think Bow of Nylea would be fantastic here. Maybe make room for a one of, or possibly a two of. I would just take one two drop out for it, or a three drop if you can spare one. You have eight two drops and nine three drops. Bow of Nylea gives a counter, anti-air support, and gains three life on their turn triggering Thune and possibly making an all out attack phase for them turn into a whole cluster F for them and can possibly change the course of the game. It also gives deathtouch to creatures you attack with, I like it because you can regen Experiment one and have it be alive after facing a bigger creature. The Bow in this deck has so much utility and can be a pseudo-wincon for you. Who wouldn't be scared of a board of tokens with deathtouch? And make room in SB for Revoke Existence. :D Thanks for allowing me to put my $0.02 in.
Great against a deck with scarce amounts of creatures.
Sideboard against control, I don't need them mainboard.
Took your advice on putting Guttersnipes in.
Mono Blue Aggro, I just flat out hate playing it, that's why the charm is there. Also to deal with God's weapons and the newly brought-back Springleaf Drum.
