Play Maralen ASAP, and then tutor for Ad Nauseum. Wait until you have 7 swamps, and play Ad Nauseum, then reveal until you have Dark Sphere, Sickening Dreams, and enough cards to kill your opponent. Cast Dark Sphere, then cast Sickening Dreams and discard your entire hand. Activate Dark Sphere so you take half damage, and walk away with a win under your belt.
