The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

I could be super wrong, but doesn't Scythe Tiger go against the motif of the deck? Even though it has shroud, it can be countered before it resolves, right? Then you've lost a land and a creature. I know for sure that Harrow is a bad thing in against a control deck.

Just re-read Scythe Tiger...derp. "When it enters the battlefield" makes it nicer. Sorry :P

I've learned quickly that in the rare instance where you could counter something in this deck, you really shouldn't...there's often a Summoning Trap at the ready to screw you over =/

I love this. I've always had problems with some kind of control. The trollface sleeves are just perfect for this. Very well done bro :D

thank you! :D the trollface sleeves truly are the cherry on top. not much beats trolling a control player, and with my hand full of trollfaces staring that player down the whole game, lulz ensue. :P

The only real flaw I see in this deck is that cards like Verdant Catacombs are completely useless in a one-colored deck. Sure, they let you search for a land, but the point of those cards is to get the type of land that you want or need for a certain situation, not just to get lands. In a solid green deck, it's better just to save the life, save the money (Verdant Catacombs is $8 minimum?!), and just use Forests. Apart from that the only problem I see is that you're not putting red in solely for Akroma, Angel of Fury.

Actually, adding in fetchlands increases the speed and consistency of an aggro deck, even if it's mono-colored. They thin out the deck and allow for higher chances of drawing what you need instead of more lands.

Good point there. That's definitely worth it if you take price out of the picture.

Ey surewhynot, every mono green deck I've seen use fetchlands on here, I've seen a comment from you saying why they're used. I find it really funny.

skiiian3 has a point on the budget factor obviously.

Imo, Dungrove Elder > Scythe Tiger. You can buff it, it buffs itself, it doesn't cost a land to cast, and with BoP/Arbor/Llanowar wanting to jump in play first turn, Dungrove will be just as effective a second turn play as Scythe Tiger.

If he's not good enough to drop Tiger altogether, at least consider adding 1x for your GSZ and Traps :)

Our shop owner has a friend who owns a company that does custom graphics/art for various things like magazines, business cards, etc. And we just send in a pack of sleeves, some money, and the picture we want and he sends them back =]

Oddly enough it's still an open market...I don't know why no big company has taken the opportunity...that seems like a goldmine to me =/
