Hallowed Fountain and Tundra are Plains Islands, ergo they can be fetched.

crystalline sliver is best for an ANTI sliver deck, 'cuz it also blocking your 'sliver2sliver' abilities.
this deck is pretty expansive and u don't have mana fixer/booster...
from 1-10, its a 5.5

I don't have anything in the deck that is targets individual slivers, the crystalline is a defensive measure, it doesn't affect the abilities of the other slivers at all since they don't target the creature directly. As for the mana fixer/booster i know there really isn't much of anything in there, and to add something would be difficult and still follow the blue/white idea.
