With a bit more draw power this could certainly be a draw out deck, Izzet has been good for that as per what I've seen in the play group im usually in.

This is a pretty neat deck,One of my friends runs something like it, pretty much in the same way and he hit pretty hard, though he doesn't have 0 lands, he has 4 I think
I know right! No card should have an ability with multiple positive effects and no negatives! They're such gamebreakers, that's why im so proud of myself for convincing my friends not to waste space in their decks for a planeswalker. I think I put one off the side of one of the decks I have on this site...but only cause he fit, not because I wanted him in there
But thats just my personal opinion, dont feel like im forcing that on you lol, because I also hate planeswalkers and think they need to go away lol
All I know is all of the people I used to play with all have legacy decks now that are like T2 and T3 wins and even though they arent hard to break they tend to be annoying and unfun to play against anymore
I tend to prefer patient decks anyway. The games no fun if every match you play ends on T2. Then it's just you picking on whomever you just defeated.
I have to agree with Soggy on that one, green just seems kinda like you just threw it in there
I actually think I would not enjoy playing against this deck o.o, no rares and it seems like it can still be fairly devastating.
I would remove ironclaw myr and maybe replace it with a couple more myr sire's. The reason is because ironclaw myr is an infect and the only one in the deck. That really dosent make any sense because now if you want to deal damage directly to a player like you would with every other creature you cant. Only poison counters and without your focus on those counters it's useless. The -1/-1 can be achieved with wither and then still do your damage to the player if its really desired but it shouldn't be your focus in a deck like this. Really your creatures in the long run need to last as long as you can while you get your gates out and myr sire is good for this as it dies and leaves behind another blocker for you to use.
I actually really like this deck, it's a really nice discard deck for a standard for sure and what I like most is the sideboard is actually well thought out as well. I would actually not mind trying to play this deck a few times to see how it performs, nice job
