B/R duallands would be nice, but this cards are very expensive and i am liminted with my budget.
Olivia is amazing and 2 Olivias in this deck go down well :-)

Maybe add more lightning bolt or terminate is not bad idea.

You have many cards in this deck, which are useless (Automaton, Mirri, Sengin, TOrment soul and so on). You can add better cards for vamp deck.

Deathgodkira is right. This deck needs to be completely rebuilt.
Look at my own B/R vamp deck for inspiration. I play with him very often and its my most favourite deck.

Quag Vampire is not bad, but you need some cards, which you can put on the table in first turn. 2 aditional mana for kick is too much and you have better creatures for 3 mana (nighthawk, captain...). For Viscera Seer you must sacrifice creature. Which creature you want to sacrifice ? All creatures you have, are better than this ability and it will be wasting to sacrafice these creatures.

Pulse tracker, Guul Draz Vampire will be better choice.
And try to think of blade of bloodchief, for each dead creature on the table, you have +2/+2

d4rkcell - I didn´t saw him, sorry. It was only some advice based on my own vamp deck and experiences to play with it.

Muktol - yep, thats true. But depends on mana base :-) In my B/R vamp deck gatekeeper works very nice :-)

My sugestion,

remove Contagion Clasp, Shrine of Burning Rage - add blade of bloodchief.
remove Rakish Heir - add Guul Draz Assassin or pulse tracker or Stromkirk Noble. You have to low 1 mana creatures.
remove some Volt Charge or lightning bolt and try add urge to fead, it is amazing spell for vamp deck.

And Gatekeeper of malakir is also amazing
