That was a great question. I'm not sure about a sideboard, I need to play the deck a little more to see exactly what it's missing. I added the Cartouche of Strength that will allow me to fight directly against fliers to help deal with flying

It would create a lightning rod distraction for opponents, but as it's not a aggro deck, I couldn't figure out where to put them. Any suggestions?
I have a curiosity question. Why is the Artistocrat in your deck...you have no humans to sacrifice in order to make her use her ability?
You need to add Blade of the Bloodchief. Especially on Markov Blademaster or Havengul vampire. You start adding counters like nobody's business.
I've thought about adding board wipes, especially because if I cast a bunch of enchantments with a few creatures, it kills everything and leaves all my creatures, bring Bruna out and attach them all, and bam...the problem is it adds to the cost quite a bit (of building the deck) and I'm trying to keep it on the cheap. Auramancer's Guise is what really adds up fast, plus the Eidolon of Countless Battles makes everything huge. The Umbra mystic gives every enchantment aura, totem armor. So I have a bunch of counter spells in case someone targets either the Eidolon or Umbra Mystic. I'm excited to give it a try and then balance it out with what I'm missing.
Have you thought about adding Bruna Light of Alabaster to the deck...she becomes an end move.
Good idea, the problem is that with so many weaker creatures, you run the risk of mass removal spells that aren't expensive. Things like Rolling temblor. To counteract that add Unruly Mob, so that whenever another human creature dies, they get a counter. This way as long as they are pumped up a little bit, mass removal works to your advantage. In addition, if you add Unruly Mob consider adding Thatcher Revolt. When Champion is on the battlefield you get 3 counters for him when it is played, and if Unruly Mob is on, you get 3 counters for them when the spell resolves.Take a look at my decks, I have a red and white human deck as well.
take a look at my deck...it has a lot more red splashed but it makes it very effective.http://www.mtgvault.com/dktate/decks/vampires/
Have you thought about adding the aura gnarlid?
The Elusive Krasis is an idea, the problem is most of the creatures are very small when they come out so the evolve functionality is not very effective. As far as bioshift is concerned, I'm not to sure that I care about moving the counter's around to other creatures. they are most effective on the beast master.
I've thought about adding more of gather the townsfolk to get the cheap guys out quicker. And I'll probably take out village cannibals and possibly the vault out. Although I like being able to give my 1/1 cheap tokens deathtouch.
I originally had the regent in the deck but it drives the mana cost up so much, honestly by the time I would get regent out the game was over either way. I feel the same way with the Vampire Nocturnus, although when it has worked it has change the game dramatically.
Right...since most of the unblockables are humans, you can pump them up...I love using the titanic growth, attack with a beast master who is a 1/1 and two unblockables, wait until they take the pidly damage and then instant the beastmaster to a 5/5 thus giving the others +5/+5 and game is almost over.
Look at blade of the bloodchief for your vampires...combine that with havengul vampire and everytime a creature dies he gets 3 counters...
