The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Mulch: Asmoranblah + land abuse = advantageAn old(ish) deck idea pushed into a concept with which I'm always trying to abuse, lands. Asmoranblah goes supremely well with land recursion abuse, as he needs discarded cards and lands has that in spades. Liliana and all the cycling lands makes it super easy to get Asmoranblah out naturally, or you could just get him out for free with Finale of Devastation, which also fetches your juiced elf or the elf when you need it to fetch your tech lands.Just some oldschool fun in the baren wasteland that is modern. I don't expect it to hold up in Tier 1, but that's always the goal.

Hmmm, it's really strange seeing a loam deck without Saga especially with The Underworld Cookbook being a 1 CMC artifact. Could just cut some number of Finale of Devastation for spellbomb and a haywire mite and maybe something else and give the deck another angle. Also I would imagine it is an issue that only Lili kills big Murktides, an Assassin's Trophy or Sheoldred's Edict seems warranted.

I had Sagas in and said, 'you know what, screw em. I'm gunna save some cash'. But you're right, of course, they deserve to be in there. I'm too outside the meta to have a good idea on what to run to deal with all the bullshit that's hip nowadays. But you're right, Murktide would be a bitch to deal with as is. That's just a 2-3 turn clock.
Murktide and The One Ring are things you need to be able to deal with, hence the mite and trophy/verdict. Golgari Loam Pox decks are probably my favorite thing to exist in Magic, and something like this cannot really be competitive without saga unfortunately. There may also be some utility lands I am failing to think of right now.
I thought this was a joke card at first but no, it's legit! This looks like a lot of fun! :D
Sure seems like a joke doesn't it. I find it to be super intriguing, as it combos well with lots of fun mechanics
