Built on a semi-budget, so no snaps and the like.The goal here is to maintain a pro-active control build that wins on burn damage and card advantage in an attempt to try something different than the average control build which tries to react. Discard outlets rob opponent of tempo and material while all the burn outlets either retain card advantage or give tactical options to maintain control.
