The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

BOGO- buy one, get one.Seconds- material advantage gained by dumping hand and refueling. Here's the theory: running twelve 1-drop discard cards means you've got an 81% chance to get at least 1 in the opening hand, so you're disrupting what opponent's doing in 4/5 games basically guaranteed. Problem is, after that, you don't really want to draw any more of them, cause they don't help you as much, and they're terrible topdecks. So, they get balanced out in the build, as the build wants to dump its hand quickly and play into an empty hand Seasoned Pyromancer or Adventure Hearth Elemental, both of which draw you 2 cards for free with no cards in hand and both of which are well worth the trouble to maximize material. As there are 8 of them, you've got a good chance of playing them early, refilling, and getting to work on an agro clock while opponent is trying to catch up from your discards/material imbalance.Other than that, this deck does what Rakdos does best, murder and disrupt. I'm particularly fond of using the Adventure of Bonecrusher turn 3, then casting Pyromancer turn 4 with an empty hand and Bonecrusher in storage. That's a material advantage right there (turn 2 you dump more discard/disruption).Feedback appreciated.
