a deck that puts a serious hurt on the opponents mana production. play prismatic omen and mana web and then use donate and give tho opponent ur prismatic omen. now all their lands can produce any color and if they tap any of them the rest of their lands become tapped due to mana web. once they r basically helpless use ur medium sized creatures to end the game. some search and counter to help out. the basic flow of this deck is in making the opponent cry with anguish. have fun

Just so you know, Mana Web can activate, but the opponent can tap their lands before it resovles on the stack. Nice deck otherwise
