Suspend cards are great in Dragonstorm decks. Try Rift Bolt, Arc Blade, or Shivan Meteor. An early blocker, such as Wall of Souls, would probably be helpful. Shred Memories needs to go. You shouldn't have to have a tutor for a tutor, especially when you have 8 tutors!. I agree with jovandius on the Boseiju. Again, work on streamlining the deck down to 60 cards.

Looks good, and kudos for owning the deck, but so many of the cards in it is restricted or banned in different tournament formats. I don't know how you and your friends play, but 4 Mana Vault's and 4 D.T.'s?

well since "mana vault" is at its best restricted (vintage) and the "lotus petal" is also restricted. The same goes for the "DT". The speed in the deck is then basically illegal but i am quite sure you knew that already.

its a great fun deck though and ultimately well constructed. Although speed is for me always an issue and there are 8 "comes into play tapped" lands as well as illegal cards.

Lotus petal is legal in legacy, but this one is clearly vintage, so yeah. But I love the basic concept, as I love most turn 1 wins.

my friends and i share the oppinion that if a card is made then itis made to be played. i dont build decks by any tournament standards, i just build them so they work. i understand that tournaments need rules like this to keep the game going but i deff think their should be some that u can play any cards u want to

This is freakin awesome. It's too bad though its illegal in most formats cuz of the 4 demonic tutors. I love it though. I really want an unstoppable fast deck...i'm still working on it. Legality is everything, without being able to play the deck legally, you can not say it is a good deck because you are playing with a better pool of cards than what others are playing. In that case, I guess its completely fair for me to make a deck with 20 Black Lotus, 20 Wheel of Fortune, and 20 Feldon's Cane. I mean come on, screw legality right? :)

if u notice i only have 4 copies of cards in here, also i can afford all of mine, if u want to make a deck out of 4 copies of the cards u chose then thats fine with me

i am quite a skilled player, i have never lost playing with this deck and the slowest it has ever won was turn 5

The point is that 4 demonic tutor and anything that has been restricted is far too overpowered for any format. Yes the deck has speed granted that the person sitting across from you isn't doing the exact same thing. So it's alright for me to play 4 black lotus and 4 of every mox so that I accelerate first turn and win.

I like this deck a lot. I made one that centers around playing DStorm with no mana cost using Mind's Desire. Oh, by the way, I run 4 copies of Mind's Desire and 4 Mystical Tutors, because as far as I'm concerned, legality can go fuck itself. I'm a casual player, and so are all my friends. Nobody that I play with gives a damn about how many of which card I use. Props man. +1

wow dknight you make some mean decks i mean wow..... this is mean on so many levels but i would love to see the look on your opponets face when u pull the win turn 1 lol. and i totally agree if a card is made then play it how you want lol. i mean i play turnys but i make one deck for that lol and tons of other decks to beat my friends or really anyone who i play to a pulp ^^ +1 just cuz all ur decks are beastly

hell fuckin ya i love this deck iv been trying to pull off dragonstorm 4 a long time and i did ok but never got it where i wanted it but your deck help me out so damn much im not going to make yours ill do my own thing but black and red now thats my king of deck thank you 4 putting this up

I really like this deck :) and i agree i don't care about legality of cards..perhaps if i was playing in tourneys then obviously i would modify decks to suit..magic was made to have fun..soon as we put laws around losing the appeal IMO...thanks for making the black/red combo as well im sick of seeing red/blue haha i own a control deck that is blue/red so wanted something different cheers this gives me lots of ideas :)..once thing they can anyone give me hints on other mana cards to use..i see lots of tapped lands which doesn't sit well with me.

that should do it. i usually use this land combo for a 2 color 60 card deck

4 volcanic islands
4 steam vents
2 cascade bluffs
2 scalding tarns
4 islands
4 mountains

this deck is dope. i had tried to make a similar dragonstorm deck a while ago but it turned out to be an epic fail lol. do you use this deck just w/ friends or are you part of one of those tournaments that allow restricted cards too? anyways nice job man, i still dont understand how you manage to come up with 5 decks a day that are better than one that takes me a month : / .... also you left some suggestions on one of my decks and i think they would do great for me, its just that i dont know where you think i could fit them in? please let me know

I like the build you got going here, though I still prefer my strait red Dragonstorm deck :P
I just have to say that I agree that tournament legality isn't everything in this game, fun is and that's what games are for, to have fun.

Very nice! I like the ridiculous speed this deck can pull off. Have you played this against any counter decks? Any white purging anti-dragon decks? I would be extremely interested to see what happens!

im using seething song to ramp for dragonstorm rather then the individual dragons, so geosurge wont work unfortunately. great card though
