The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

i wanted to build a deck that could win by doing nothing, so i came up with this. with 3 different creatures that transfer damage done to them to the opponent and 2 cards that take all damage done to u and does it to targer creature, the basic idea of this deck is to get out stuffy doll and equip him with pariah and then mana burn yourself (when in reality your opponent is taking all the damage) to death. But there are several ways for this deck to win, with multiple cards that do 1 damage every turn and several ways to stop the opponent from inflicting damage to u all u have to do is get 3 or 4 of those 1 damage a turn cards out and then just wait for the end. it is succeptable to control decks and its a little slow, but this deck is absolutely amazing after turn 5 or 6 and is incredibly annoying to play against.

i own this deck and it does very well against multiple types of decks.

Your decks all look pretty good, but they would run all the better with 60 cards. Personally, this is what I'd do with the deck, but it's up to you.
Out:
2x Pariah's Shield
1x Shield of Kaldra
1x Agent of Masks
4x Blightspeaker
1x Pariah
4x Hissing Miasma
1x Underworld Dreams
4x Orzhov Basilica
4x Caves of Kolios
1x Swamp
1x Plains
2x Demonic Tutor
1x Pillory of the Sleepless
In:
3x Fetid Heath
3x Enlightened Tutor
2x Mine Excavation
4x Dark Ritual
3x Pestilence
This would at least get you down to 67, and enable for all sorts of first turn goodness involving Plague Spitter or Wall of Souls, or let you tutor right away. The search and recover cards allow you to rely on fewer of the artifacts/enchantments and still find them, which means you won't have to worry about them clogging your hand.

Mana burn is loss of life and not damage. That's a difference.

Deck is nice, but dragonchild gave you advice in right direction that will improve it. I would remove 2 of Pariah shields, 2 shield of kaldra, and 2 of each enchantments. By that you would have pretty much optimum number of cards in deck. And I would totally add 4 enlightened tutors so you can dig out whatever you need from library.
