The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

this is a standard anti meta deck designed to counteract the new craze of eldrazi decks going around. the eldrazi decks design is pretty simple, use a little mana accel and eldrazi spawn tokens to either play the eldrazi big boys themselves, or produce enough spawn tokens and then power them up for a swarm attack. this deck handles both situations easily. with both hand, counter, and field control, if the opponent gets to play any of his or her big monsters, it wont stay on the field for even 1 turn. if they rely only on their spawn tokens to win it for them then a single shrivel will destroy their whole strategy, leaving you wide open for the win. use the removal and prevention to break down the opponents plan and put out the weenies and attack for the win. a very easy deck to understand and could work well against many other deck types, but it spells pure disaster for the new eldrazi craze

let them think they will win with their 15/15, they wont even get to play it

it says on the card "Emrakul, the Aeons Torn can't be countered."
And it says has protection form all colored spells nice try it will still resolve.
meddling mage can stop Emrakul, ad it stops players from playing a certain card completely
lol al u did was make a 3 color anti creature except the one you are trying to stop.
Yeah, not gonna work on Emrakul. Wrath of God/Damnation would work, as it isn't targeted. I've been thinking of making an anti-Eldrazi using artifacts/Scourglass, myself.
hey the anti series was my idea. I'll make my own and show you what I made
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=55132 here we are. one anti-eldrazi deck.
meddling mage and Tidehollow Sculle r there for the big boy, im not stupid
I got a deck which might anti the same deck.. pls give comment.. on my Bouncing terror
I do believe that Meddling Mage and Tidehollow Sculler are the 2 cards to stop Emrakul.... his protection from colored spells doesnt take effect till he's in play and neither card is a counterspell. Therefore, successfully stoped provided either card can stay in play.
i quite agree, ive used this deck a bunch against the big man and he hasnt been able to come out yet
Way out of standard now looking at it, but still love the idea!
