Deck Description

This entire deck is built around Master of Cruelties. I figured it'd be cool to just have so much control that they'd end up with no creatures and I'd drop them to one and burn them for the remainder.

How to Play

It's very simple. Kill everything your opponent plays and hit them with Master of Cruelties. Just be sure you have burn available when you do it, and you win. Thragtusks? Life total becomes one. Sphinx's Revelation? Life total becomes one. Trostani? Life total becomes one. You got 99 life total, but your life total becomes one.

Deck discussion for Cru-Cut

Try some of the Innestrad cards that boost you when you only got 1 creature in play?

Took a look and Predator's Gambit was the closest thing to what I might want..but it's not gonna make the cut. Thanks for the suggestion, though :D

should put in something like madcap skills so that when the master is out on his own u arnt having the issue where u are waiting to land the end hit, the longer hes on the feild the more chance of losing him :P

I'll consider it. I'm pretty unconcerned about losing Master, since the only card that's pretty commonly played that kills him is Mizzium Mortars (oh..and Dimir Charm and Putrefy..ugh). I think I'd rather have something to pull him out of the graveyard if something happens, but I'll have to think about that. Madcap Skills will sit in the sideboard for review. Thanks :)

maybe you should find away to bring your master from the grave just in case you playing a control deck. once all you masters gets countered, then what?

I agree..but I'm having trouble deciding on what. I guess Entering, maybe Morgue Burst...I think I have to go Oros colors instead and include Unburial Rites..because that is definitely the best for this.
