An infinite combo that's not Pod or Twin, Wake Thrasher can swing for a billion and decimate your opponents. Alternatively, stall the game with infinite life with Judge of Currents combined with Kiora's Follower plus Fatestitcher/Unbender Tine/another Kiora's Follower. In the sideboard is the potential for a self-mill combo deck, enabled by Mesmeric Orb, capable of winning via Laboratory Maniac. Simply Thought Scour at instant speed to win.
The deck initially functions as a control deck in the early game as you dig for a Wake Thrasher using Coiling Oracle, Serum Visions, Remand and Thought Scour (which also functions to mill Fatestitcher).Once you have one in hand, make sure you have a Fatestitcher/Unbender Tine/Fatestitcher on the battlefield and at least one counterspell in hand. Once that's completed you're pretty much home free. On an empty board you should be in for an easy win.

This is a highly synergistic deck. I love tempo decks like it. Although not tier in modern, still seems like a ton of fun! It's also not too bad in terms of cost, being "budget" compared to most modern decks. That is coming from someone that really only manages on a budget. Great job!

Also, because of how much tapping/untapping you have, it may be good to add a couple of Prodigal Sorcerer or something else that can utilize all of the tapping/untapping of you don't have the wake thrasher.
