Fabled Hero, Phalanx Leader and Wingsteed Rider may be some more creatures to consider for your deck. Not sure where to fit them in, though. SB maybe?

That's a common issue. I definitely have considered Fabled Hero
Maybe you can try to switch out Hopeful Eidolon and Nyxborn Shieldmate? I don't like high bestow cost for little effect.

The lifelink from Hopeful Eidolon has gained me tons of life when a Eidolon of Countless Battles has been bestowed on it.
