I'd consider running 4x Thought Scour for sure. You might also look at running 2-3 copies of Nephalia Drownyard. As far as your mana base is concerned, I'd look at cutting the swamps way down. You're currently only mainboarding two spells with black in the casting cost.

I second what k-shroom said about Increasing Confusion. I run it in my U/B zombie mill and it's a house.
