I think you could cut the Startled Awake and put the Mirko Vosk's down to two.

you could run more lands. it is very hard to play Szadek, Lord of Secrets with 20 lands.

cool deck I have a deck just like this. You could use a Abrupt Decay to kill stuff in your way.

you could put in a master of waves to pump your elementals.

I would cut the Jace, Architect of Thought for a baby Jace of something.

you could add a Seething Song for infinent mana.

I made this deck when I was a younger player and I based it of a casual deck I had at the time.

you could use some Dig Through Times because it is a Casual deck.

you could add a Whirlwind to kill creatures with flying.

this does not work because Sage of Hours never get targeted by a spell.
