You might want to change the amount of each type of creature you have, otherwise it looks like a decent deck, could use some work.I don't really have the time to help you out atm, but good luck.
yeah kinda stole Xenrut's idea ( http://mtgvault.com/xenrut/decks/original-equipment/ ) and just went my own way with it. thanks for the input though.
I highly recommend you put Kusari-Gama in this deck, its one of the most amazing equipments ever.
