I've always loved leveling cards and I've never made a blue/red deck before so here's the results. It's just a fun, casual deck that I might buy to play against my friends with.
Use proliferate/venerable tutors to level cards up faster. Echo Mage (level 2, already on the board) + Inexorable Tide (already on the board) + Lord of Shatterskull Pass (level 2, already on board) + Volt Charge = 9 Damage and a 6/6 badass for 5 mana on 6th turn *If you have Lighthouse Chronologist (level 3) already on the board you can activate this twice
