I really do like the idea of this deck now that it's completed so here's a few suggestions:-Drop flooded strand unless you add in shock lands just because it's expensive and a waste of potential synergy.-Snapcasters to cloudshift your emrakul another time or your Iona. Speaking of Iona, I would consider another copy of it just because it could increase its consistency of locking down your opponent. I know it's based around Emrakul but that's just a personal opinion.-Isochron Scepter is another good option in here. It's a cheaper snapcaster that can allow you to eternally get turns if you lock a cloudshift with it.-Drop Mastery of the Unseen? I'm not sure if the reason it's in here is for the manifest for 4 but you won't gain life from flickering your emrakul.-More scry cards. Couple recommendations would be Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Ponder... Unless you want this to be modern, then these would be bad :PMight seem like a lot of suggestions but those are just my thoughts. Hope these help!

I'm surprised you're running Liliana of the Veil in here. Pretty sure it's a bad card.
Ah cool. I hope to see it when it's done!
Couple things I want to point out.1: Name caught my attention but I don't see a 37 card deck working any time soon.2: You have 8 copies of a card in here.So I'm guessing that the idea of this deck is just to manifest emrakul asap but then do what? Still takes 15 mana to flip him over but I could see him along with other cards that hop right back into the deck once in the graveyard in a sacrifice deck since you'll never really lose them.
uh... I hope you know treasure hunt is a sorcery, not an instant.
Oh, and a copy of another deck http://www.mtgvault.com/whatup6755/decks/zombie-hunt-2/
Hey look, another treasure hunt deck...
If you're looking for a pretty good reference, here's a budget I made for people that are interested in an aggro version of Brixis, which is generally viewed as Discard, Control, Mill, and win through non-damaging conditions: http://www.mtgvault.com/dethmeth/decks/aggro-brixis-example/
Far too many lands for this deck to run efficiently. If you're afraid of not getting the lands you need, run 2 Gem of Becoming. 3 mana to summon, 3 mana to sac, get three lands, one of each color. I'd also recommend a playset of Wight of Precinct Six, Jace's Phantasm, and Mind Sculpt. Low mana cards that turn the game as you control your opponent. If you want to make this a slightly faster deck, 2 Hellriders should do the trick. Along with that, you may want to consider running Plunge into Darkness due to it's effectiveness in gaining you life if you're on the low or helping you find that one card when you need it.Cards you should remove? I'd have to say all the Eternity snares, Wall of Frosts, a couple Chandra's Outrages, and obviously lands until you're around the 20-24 land mark since 31 is a crazy number for non-EDH decks. Hope this help!
Sadly, with this build, there's no way to pull off the storm combo since there's no realistic way to dump mana into your pool and the only card that does it is your priest but is 3 mana as is.
Perhaps you could make a variation of this deck that uses Triumph of the Hordes and win via poison counters? Would be pretty interesting imo.
Ah, well, opposite for me. Generally 1v1's since not very many people play magic and we only have 1 hour to play a day.
Ah, I see. Well, if you want to play dirty, consider running a playset of cloudposts and glimmerposts. Personally, I love these cards, even if they're banned to shit. In my artifact deck, I run 1 of each of the Eldrazi gods and a playset of blinkmoth urns and cranial platings. Once you get mana, there's no competition.
Except for the playsets of extremely banned cards, I like the deck.
I would highly recommend adding in Past in Flames and swapping it for Pyromancer's Swath, or at least 2 copies of it since Past in Flames allows you to double cast stuff and add even more mana to your mana pool, draw more cards, so on and so forth.
@trixster87 is very correct... There's no need to have all of these lands in the deck or have more than one copy of Treasure Hunt and Lightning Storm since you'll want to mulligan until you have a treasure hunt and don't want to get another from using it and pull lightning storm guaranteed. On top of that... 29 mountains... 29 Islands... Budget confirmed.
I mean, between rounds. You can't add cards into your deck. If you have say 10002 cards in your deck and you switch 15 of them out from your sideboard, you must have 10002 cards in your library, no more, no less.
For Gnarled Scarhide, i'm not sure what I'd replace. Maybe fate forgotten or shattering blow would be my guess. But I can't just add a card to my deck, I would have to swap it out if you're going by the rules otherwise it's cheating.
I've never heard or even thought about that combo before... That sounds like something that should be present in the deck to add a little spice to it. The hopelessness after your opponent gains 1 million life and no way in hell you could win. Not sure what I would swap out for it though, that's the only problem.
I've play tested it on the original version on tappedout.com and it seemed to run pretty well. However, I haven't tried it again after some of the tiny edits that a few people suggested. But if I wanted to test it, from what I'm guessing you meant buy the deck, I wouldn't swap out any of the cards, especially Boros Reckoner. Though he's expensive, he's one of the strongest cards in this deck and allows it to be a roundhouse kick to the decks i'm facing. It COULD change to another card with the same cost but the deck wouldn't run nearly as smooth without it due to its sheer power.Besides that, thank you for at least commenting.
