This is the umpteenth incarnation of my life's work: a viable modern fungus deck.I'll be honest - it doesn't win that much. It's an incredibly challenging deck to play, and will probably exercise your mental math and sequencing abilities to a new limit. It's so different from any other deck I've played and for that alone I'm happy with how it's turned out.
As I discovered purely by accident, there's actually a neat little infinite combo in here. Once you have Utopia Mycon on the field with enough counters on it (I think it needs at least six on it to work) as well as a Gilder Bairn equipped with its best friend Paradise Mantle, you've got yourself an engine for infinite spore counters (and therefore, infinite saproling tokens). I'll update with numbers later.Outside the combo, the win condition is either drop a Mycoloth or just built enough of the piddly little things to overrun your opponent.
