how would this deck, as a tournament deck, respond to board wipes?
well it's simply too slow for an infect deck. As an infect deck, if u haven't killed your opponent yet before turn 6, your odds of winning are really getting low..
nice deck, i only see one problem. A removal on Tezz and it's worthless.

way too many high mana cost spells and no early game play at all
I doubt this deck is fast enough to compete rly. Besides that, looks fun, although I would've put more buffers in there. like vampire's bite or virulent swipe.
I wonder how your early game is really, looks good to mid and late game, but before that.. :s
some kuldotha forgemasters might be handy, and if u put a darksteel forge in there u can get it with the forgemaster to make everything u got indestructible vs boardwipes.
