I'm building this for a cheap t2 competitive deck. Comment.

nice deck ive seen some some variations with 4 scamps and 2 lavamancer. Inferno titan probably isnt nescassary maybe more of a sideboard card against tokens or illusions. also can you check this combo deck i just made its pretty sweet http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=311893

I don't get the inferno titan. At 6 cmc, you'll probably just be holding it your hand. Whipflare may also be a bad idea. Consider using goblin fireslinger instead of furnace scamp. It can help setup bloodthirst for your berserkers an doesn't need to attack to do damage. Also, +1 chandras pheonix. That card is awaesome in this deck. +1 mountain. For <20 land to work, you'll want your cards to be 0-2 cmc. Brimstone volley might work well here too. You an find excellent examples of tounament-winning RDW by searching the net. If you want some links, just let me know.
Go idea. I'll take off the titans and add some brimstone volley. i only have 3 chandras thats why only 3..xD The scamps could be useful to get morbid for the volleys blocked or unblocked.. But nice comment, Thx
Looks nice! You might like Goblin Arsonist too. Also, I've tried running some variations with more goblins (Arsonist, Wardriver, Spikeshot, Chieftain) just so I can add Goblin Grenade. Seemed to work well if you want to something a little different.
thx for the comment. Arsonist looks nice on this deck. A goblin rdw should be a good different way to run mono red on t2. i'll give it a try and let u know.
Take a look at this one. I've played one very similar to this at the house. It's fast and inexpensive. A little heavy on aggro, but fun. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=249222
