Pretty much as good of a horde-based goblin deck as you can make right now. As long as you get a lackey or instigator out and you get recruiter into play, you more or less can't lose to most decks. Give your lackeys fire whips.Weak to flyers and creature removal decks, but if you haven't killed them by the time they get stuff out you're doing it wrong.Goblin Recruiter is the only card not allowed in modern, and he is banned in legacy. If you have issues with this, replace him with Goblin Matron and consider removing the Goblin Ringleader. The recruiter can also be combined very well with the Goblin Charbelcher to do more or less any amount of damage. Remove mountains to taste, this deck can do fine with only 2 mana depending on the draw. Fire Whip can be replaced with Power of Fire.If you're having mana troubles, consider replacing 2 Ram-Gangs with Mountains. Rogue's Passage can be a good sideboard card if you're playing against a deck that can get out lots of blockers quickly. Use it on a Piledriver and you should still get the win. However, its 4-mana cost is likely to be too expensive in most cases. If your opponent has a few removal cards that they consistently use on Krenko or other important goblins, consider swapping in some Goblin Chirurgeons instead of Mogg Fanatics, allowing you to keep your more important goblins in play.
Throw out tons of goblins by putting a Fire Whip on a Goblin Lackey and using a Goblin Recruiter to lace the top of your deck with insanity. When you've got enough out, pull out Krenko and watch your opponent die.
