A Niv-Mizzet EDH deck. Use his damage plus card draw ability to cause infinite combos. The deck is basically a card-drawing machine, and also includes many cards that can combo with Niv in order to either win instantly or get very close. Its main weakness is that it's pretty slow. Needing to save up 6 mana to cast Niv can be a loss against very fast EDH decks. Hopefully you can hold people off long enough to get an infinite going. If you want to swap out the dual lands (due to price) replace them all with Islands. You should be able to get the Izzet Boilerworks for cheap though.
Cast Niv-Mizzet as soon as you can. Hopefully, you've cast Champion's Helm or Swiftfoot Boots beforehand, so that you can attach them to Niv to give him a little more durability since he's a prime target for removal. Use your red removal and blue control to keep the game going in your favor while you draw huge amounts of cards and hopefully grab a Curiosity or Ophidian Eye etc. in order to get that infinite. Use Tramsute to grab Ophidian Eye or Tandem Lookout if you don't have an infinite yet.If you can't get Niv out for some reason, an acceptable (but not nearly as good) alternative is Words of War.In general, this deck can hold its own reasonably well even without Niv, given that it's a card-drawing machine and has a good supply of strong creatures.
