That seems more fair, though I don't know what happened to your budget cost for this, but it's defintely not $4 anymore.

There's a lot of cards I see in here that I used to run, but for milling (Kill/Mill is a bit different but still) they aren't the most useful. One is Jace's Mindseeker. Sure the idea that you can mill some one just to use there spells against them is fun, but for a 6 drop it's a huge gambling risk.

Some cards I would recommend, especially for consuming aberration and Mirko Vosk is both Strionic Resonator and/or Illusionist's Bracers. There very cheap, in money and in mana, but being able to hit someone with an unblockable Mirko that makes them mill til the reach between either 4-16 lands is soooo much more satisfying.

Another card is mind sculpt. Fun little 2 drops for milling 7 in early game to beef up that Consuming. Those ideas for Breaking are also a good idea as well.

So as far as the counter-war goes, is it still a bad idea to throw in psychic strike into a mill deck? Because I run it just to make sure I'm able to get my creatures (not really even sorceries etc.) out safely and be able to use their abilities. The mill deck I run as well is supposed to be standard legal as well so that's why I won't have a lot of cards like the ones BenWare has in here but that's the main reason I run them.

BY the way, nice job on the deck, look really vicious and I hope it serves you well!

I don't mind playing Abberations, only problem is that I have too many high costing creatures as it is and I don't really want to get rid of any instants or other sorcery spells.

One problem I've always had with Discard Decks is my opponent's love for countering all my spells, so throw in some Cancel's or Spell Syphon's (There's probably better counter spell's so don't quote me for exact cards) in your sideboard at the very least.
Memory Erosion's a good way to keep your opponent on his toes and much more cautious with his actions.
If you ever wanted to be active in attacking as well as Milling, Trepenation Blade is a great tool to use, especially with Invisible Stalker, including Mindcrank.
