So the idea is to Storm into 5 Dragons in one turn, specifically the 4 Kokusho, followed by a Predator Dragon to Devour the last Kokusho, resulting in 20 life drained from the opponent.
With Rite of Flame and Seething Song banned in Modern, I have to get creative with how I achieve enough mana to both storm into and pay for Dragonstorm. This led me to Empty the Warrens followed up with Battle Hymn, but I recently realised Skirk Prospector can easily take Battle Hymn's slot, and be cast to count towards Storm.
Average turn 4 Dragonstorm:
-T1: land, suspend Lotus (1 mana, lotus suspend: 3)
-T2: land (2 mana, lotus suspend: 2)
-T3: (2 mana, lotus suspend: 1)
-T4: Lotus is cast (5 mana, 1 Spell)
-Ritual (6 mana, 2 Spells)
-Skirk Prospector (5 mana, 3 Spells, 1 Goblin)
-Empty the Warrens (1 mana, 4 Spells, 9 Goblins)
-Sac Goblins, Dragonstorm.
Possible turn 3 Dragonstorm:
-T1: land (1 mana)
-T2: land (2 mana)
-T3: land (3 mana)
-Skirk Prospector (2 mana, 1 Spell, 1 Goblin)
-Ritual (3 mana, 2 Spells, 1 Goblin)
-Ritual (4 mana, 3 Spells, 1 Goblin)
-Empty (0 mana, 4 Spells, 9 Goblins)
-Sac Goblins, Dragonstorm.

On turns you don't combo, don't hesitate to play the draw spells:
Crash through may seem like an odd inclusion, but because it doesn't target anything, it's a {R} draw spell.
Faithless Looting is key to assembling combo pieces. You can easily discard excess lands, Empty the Warrens, Dragonstorm, etc. You generally only need one of each in a match
Wooded Foothills is for thinning out the lands, making draws off Faithless Looting and Crash Through better.
Manamorphose isn't only a "free" draw, it also adds to Storm and provides {B} {B} if you ever need to cast your Kokusho that you drew.
Extra Skirk Prospectors can sac themselves to themselves to add a free Storm Count.
