A deck based around Aetherflux Reservoir and "free" artifacts that draw cards. Testing on XMage and the major problems I've had is against control and the odd black deck heavy in hand disruption where they can select what to discard. *Edit 30 May 2017 -4 Cloud Key +4 Foundry Inspector While the Inspector is more vulnerable to removal, I feel the bonus with Grand Architect turning it blue to tap for {2} (netting you one mana) is worth the risk.
The deck's only win condition is Aetherflux Reservoir.Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector reduce the cost of artifacts by {1}. Getting at least two of these out is important. Once your artifacts cost {2} less, play Aetherflux Reservoir and then all the "free" draw artifacts to keep gaining life and drawing more cards. Once you've got more than 50 life, pay 50 to Aetherflux Reservoir to deal 50 to the opponent. Serum Visions and Sleight of Hand help draw into and dig for whatever you need. These are also the only turn 1 play. Because Paradoxical Outcome is an instant, it can be used to save your artifacts from removal, but it's main job is to return all the draw artifacts to your hand as well as draw into more stuff. I've even returned Grand Architects (after tapping them for mana) just to draw more cards. Academy Ruins helps get Aetherflux Reservoir back from the graveyard. Grand Architect can tap itself or Etherium Sculptor (or Foundry Inspector after turning it blue) for {C}{C}, it can even tap creatures with summoning sickness to do this, making it immediately useful when played. Sadly, the mana can only be used to cast artifacts or to activate abilities of artifacts, but that's where Prophetic Prism's ability comes in handy. Tap a blue creature to get {C}{C}, then filter {C} through Prophetic Prism for {U} that can be used on anything. In a pinch, Alchemist's Vial can be sacrificed to prevent a creature from attacking. This is not ideal as bouncing it with Paradoxical Outcome is preferable, but sacrificing it can buy your a turn if needed.
