Mono blue Ninja deck using artifacts to make the Ninjas better. *Note 19 July 2017 I used Google Translate to get the word "Kinzoku" in the deck name. According to Google it's a word for "metal". If it's the wrong word, please let me know.
Use the combat evasion of Ornithopter and Signal Pest to get the Ninjas in via their Ninjitsu ability. The Ninjas damage abilities should help keep tempo in your favour. > Whispersilk Cloak: Protects the Ninjas from targeted removal and makes them unblockable, allowing you to get their damage triggers every turn. > Ronin Warclub: Auto equips to any creature entering the battlefield. This includes Ninjas entering via new Ninjutsu. Helps get that little bit of extra damage through. Can also pump Ornithopter or Signal Pest to make them more of a threat. > Signal Pest: Also helps provide a damage boost, which gets put on the stack, so you can get the boost even if you bounce it to Ninjutsu. But, because of how Ninjutsu works, the new Ninja will not get the boost from Battle Cry. > Familiar's Ruse: Ninjas tend to like to be bounced back to use Ninjutsu again, and the two artifact creatures are cheap enough to replay, so this is effectively a classic Counterspell. > Stoic Rebuttal: Similar to Familiar's Ruse, this is effectively like a classic Counterspell because there's 16 artifacts in the deck. > Vapor Snag: Bounces annoying creatures and pings for 1. Can be turned on a Ninja to save it from removal and / or to reuse it's Ninjutsu.
