Reworking my mono red Dragonstorm deck, now with 3 ways to win! Please let me know if my math below is off.
Main combo:T1: suspend Lotus BloomT2&3: land drops and Looting. T4: Lotus Bloom comes off Suspend. (1 spell) By now you should have at least 3 lands. Tap lands and sac Lotus (6 mana, 1 Spell) Play at least 3 Rituals (9 mana, 4 spells) Play Dragonstorm (0 mana, 5 spells)For the first 4 copies of Dragonstorm fetch Kokusho. Legend rule will kill the first 3, and off the 5th Dragonstorm tutor you fetch Predator Dragon to Devour the last Kokusho.Alternative T4: Lotus Bloom comes off Suspend. (1 spell) With at least 3 lands. Tap lands and sac Lotus (6 mana, 1 Spell) Play at least 2 Rituals and 1 Manamorphose (8 mana, 4 spells) Play Empty the Warrens (4 mana, 5 spells, 10 goblins) Play Hymn (12 mana, 6 spells, 10 goblins) Now you have 3 options:1) Play Dragonstorm (3 mana, 7 spells, 10 Goblins)For the first 4 copies of Dragonstorm fetch Kokusho. Legend rule will kill the first 3, and off the 5th Dragonstorm tutor you fetch Predator Dragon to Devour the last Kokusho.2) Play Predator Dragon and Devour at least 8 Goblin to swing for 20 in the air.3) Instead of Hymn, play a kicked Bushwhacker and swing with eleven 2/1's.Faithless Looting is to help set up turn 4. Most of the time a Lotus Bloom drawn after turn 1 is useless, as is excess Dragonstorms, so they're excellent discard fodder for Looting. Plan any other discards on if you're on the Bushwhacker or Dragonstorm plan. The 4 fetches are to improve draws. You only really need 2-3 lands, depending on the number of rituals you have, so lessening the land count in the deck increases probability of drawing important cards. If you draw a dragon, and are unable to combo off, remember that Predator Dragon has haste and Devour, and that Lotus or Manamorphose can provide the Black for Kokusho. This isn't ideal, but it's better than doing nothing.

I could see this as a fun casual Dragon deck! as for the competitiveness not so much. It's a fun looking deck!

The banning of Seething Song in Modern turned Dragonstorm from a low tier deck to not competitive at all. Really sad.
I don't know how competitive this can get, but maybe if you add more of the goblins that spawn tokens, for one of your mana combos, or even add green in it, for eldrazi scions, it might become a little quicker. Also with the color of green you can add a Savage Ventmaw, which may help you boost out more of your spells.
Have you thought about going a little old school with Bogardan Hellkite? Also Skirk Prospector would work great in dragon storm, by playing and sacrificing goblins one after another for more storm and mana.
I have a personal preference for Kokusho over Hellkite for 1 reason: Kokusho's life loss can not be prevented. And I have to admit, I only read this reply now. I'm tinkering with a build using Skirk Prospector to get a potential turn 3 Dragonstorm.
