My old goblin deck(sadly i sold all my cards in 2008, really dumb, but hey im back) ran slate of ancestry, mana echoes, rise of the hobgoblins and a bunch of 1/1 weenies and i had obstinate familiar to stop drawing :) if it drew right i had 15,000 mana and 15,000 goblin tokens on turn 4-5 and was swinging all out with a bushwacker on board. then you say so what "fog" im wide open then? no i then cast last ditch effort and sac all of them for 15k to yo face. if there is a way someone could build that deck and make it more stable it would freaking rule.

response to :Ah! Never mind than :) Thought tbh I would think something like Guttural Response would be better as they are much more interested in countering Glimpse. 0 likes 07 Feb 2012 by raggedjoe i would personally run Autumn's Veil instead of Guttural Response Autumn's Veil: Oracle Text: Spells you control can't be countered by blue or black spells this turn, and creatures you control can't be the targets of blue or black spells this turn. If they counter it, you use up one of their counters if they do not counter it they are screwed! overall a very solid and fun looking deck. I plan to build something similar myself.
