"Defense of the Heart" only kicks in whenever your opponent has 3 or more creatures, so the tokens that you would get from "Hunted Troll" will not trigger "Defense of the Heart" But it is a pretty cool deck i would advise adding more cards before playing it so that people don't get whiney.
